CHUCK SODER - AxioMed Spine Corp. has a new owner, a new management team and a new ally. The struggling spinal implant developer has been acquired by a new company affiliated with an investment firm called KICVentures. Now AxioMed is run by members of the KICVentures management team, most of whom are based in the Boston area, according to AxioMed’s website.
